Hum... I know that Celes is a bit out of character, but I just wanted to freak her a little XD And besides that I think the most important parts of what links them is there:
-Zelos cares about her, he is a bit stupid, but cares.
-Celes wants to travel along her brother.
-She is shy and normally does not say what she is thinking on the first try.
